If you are not a person who writes down the things that you have to accomplish and keeps them all in your mind then let me tell you you are giving too much stress on yourself.

What is TO-DO List?

It is a list of tasks to be done, things that you want to accomplish— that you create on pepper or any digital device like a smartphone, laptop, or tablet.

For example, it can be the tasks you want to do today, the task list you have to do next week or next month etc.

I prefer sticky note since it is easy to use and comes in very handy when you recall some task to be done. You can keep small dairy.

What happens if you don't make TO-DO list?

If you don't make a TO-DO list then, all these tasks will occupy a good amount of space in your mind and annoy you, and the list will add up day by day. Slowly you will build up the pressure to keep yourself reminding those things.

If you don't have your TO-DO list, then when you get a time in a day, you will have no idea what to do in that time, rather you end up wasting that time.

Benefits of making a TO-DO List:

  1. You can be free from the pressure of keep reminding yourself of the things to be done.
  2. You will be able to use the time pockets (small amount of time you get in a day between your daily routine) well, that you get in a day.
  3. When you get time in a day, you don't have to waste it thinking about which task can be done.
  4. You will be well aware of the tasks that are done and tasks that are pending.
  5. You can focus better without worrying about missing anything.
  6. You can add up more tasks to your list, without being overwhelmed by them.

Hope this is helpful.
