Why do we resist change?

I am sure you will have same reason

We fear uncertainty of the new things that we can't leave our comfort zone. Though, our comfort zone is not so comfortable anymore.

However, we have become so KNOWN and USED to the pain of the existing comfort zone that we become afraid of NEW change since NEW PAIN will NOT be KNOWN to us any more.

Irony is, we are ready to live with an OLD PAIN but not ready to accept new NO pain or NEW pain situation.

This is the root cause of problem with many employees that they can't change their company since they are so used to the KNOWN AND OLD PAIN and don't want to go in to the uncertainty of NEW PAIN.
